AFTER SCHOOL ART PROGRAMS

Bring a fun and educational art experience to your school with our after-school art education program. Designed and taught by a certified K-12 art teacher holding a Masters degree in Art Education with over 20 years of teaching experience.

Students will learn art vocabulary, new techniques and skills, and gain creative confidence while creating their own artistic masterpieces.

We offer two different types of art experiences. Choose which experience works best for your school or offer both!

• Weekly sessions: These sessions last on hour and 15 minutes. The students will learn a new technique and medium each session and complete a finished project to take home. Examples of mediums include: pencil, pastel, watercolor, acrylic, pen and ink, sculpture, mixed-media and clay. 
  
  
• Painting Workshops: These are individual sessions where students can sign up for just one session at a time. These sessions work well for families with busy schedules who can not commit to an 8 or 12 week program. Each session is 2 hours long and students complete a large 16×20 acrylic painting to take home and hang on their wall. Students learn various acrylic painting and design techniques with each new painting.  You can even offer a parent/me class where parents come paint with their child.  These are popular around the holidays. $20/participant

The Art Experience used good quality canvases, watercolor paper, drawing paper and artist quality acrylic and watercolor paints. We do clay, mixed media, fiber arts, and sculpture.  All supplies are included in class prices.
